Special Project 1, “Substitution”

    Substitution," a book which contains information for cooking. What are the substitutes of the ingredients and cooking equipment for a famous Thai dish. This book suits people who live abroad and want to cook Thai food but face the problem of limited ingredients, or the people who face a similar problem.

    The book consists of:

1. Thai popular menus with the detail of the original ingredients and the substitutional ingredients through the technique which the reader can open and close the image of each ingredient with its substitution right underneath representing the sense of replacement. 

2. How to preserve food such as how to preserve sweet basil carried from Thailand, how to store curry paste  and fresh meat, or how to preserve bananas and eggs.

3. The substitution of  each kitchen equipment.

4. The souvenirs, a shopping list of Thai food ingredients along with its substitution and cute stickers.​
